Hi Dominic,
I would have liked to have written to you properly but as I don't have an address am sending this e.mail. Thank you so much for coming to the group meeting last night, it was certainly different. I hope Christine felt that it was worthwhile also. The only person who didn't get a signed CD apparently was me as I was in the kitchen at the time - just my luck.!

Many thanks once again.

Take care,
Georgina

Dom,I would like to buy a copy of the latest mega-opus CD. Wither sendest I the money,I see from your blog that you have a good line-up of gigs ahead of you -- more Powers to your elbow.
From the land of the thawing North -- bl**dy heat wave today -- 10C
outside according to the kitchen window thermometer. A dom gig in Iceland,It might even be possible for me to set up a gig that would recoup enough to at least cover the air fares (Think about it )

Brilliant Pal what a great night and better than any of the "entertainment nights" we have been to on Fridays, Saturdays or Sunday nights....with recognised top Blackpool acts.
Your spot was supposed to be about 20 minutes but we thought in went into 30 plus minutes which again is a good sign....the audience went quiet and started to listen after about five minutes... so good signs all round because after that you had 'em in your control
It will take time, they were looking up their diary last night !.....you will be on the way in Blackpool and upwards !.... we wish you all the very best pal, you deserve it, it just takes time for some of them to realise that - "Dominic Collins" .... is original AND FUNNY.. .
cheers for now.
Jeff & Veronica

Once again Chris and I want to tell you how much your help and Jeff's assistance means to us as fibromites. We feel we are in an uphill struggle to raise awareness and bring this rotten debilitating disease to the notice of the government and the public our enthusiasm, encouragement and help has certainly made that struggle easier.
On behalf of the fibromyalgia community, Fibro What? CD, the forthcoming book PAIN 24/7 The Fibromyalgia Jigsaw I am sure the music and words you composed will speed up the publication of the book and help the book achieve its mission - help others and raise funds for research.
It has been a long hard struggle but with friends like you the path has been much easier. Thank you again and again and even again. You are a Star

Thanks for coming to Dabbers Session Dom. As always, you got everyone singing along enjoying themselves, especially to 'Jacks' Song', and the Manchester City fans really enjoyed the evening, with the inclusion of your 'Being A City Fan'.

I recently booked Dom for a Charity Fund Raising Concert which I was hosting and those who attended the evening at Middlewich British Legion Club are still reeling with laughter.
I don't know where Dom draws his inspiration and ideas from; I can only testify that they work. In a world where today's comedy entertainment scene is all too often dominated by bad language, poor taste and a general lack of failing to get to grips with exactly what real comedy is about, Dominic Collins blows in like a breath of fresh air across a scene which is struggling to breathe.Well Done Dom

Bought your latest CD as a stocking filler for hubby, and it is brilliant! I think it may have been his favourite present from me this year. Even I was giggling at the bits I could hear from the other room.
I suspect we'll be wanting to buy more of your work!
Thanks Dom, and a Happy 2008.

Many thanks for your song; A Pensioners love song.I know the sentiment behind it! My dad passed away 4 years ago and i still have my Mum, but you can tell how she sees life, their relationship was much like the one you describe in your song, all you can do is try and support as best you can.
nice to see someone singing about life and all its ups and downs without any crude innuendoes. very refreshing.
many Thanks again!
