It has come to my notice that a "Gary John Memorial Charity Night" is to be held at Denton Labour Club on Friday 20th November.
I must advise you that I am unhappy that unaccounted for money is being raised in my deceased husbands name, and I intend to instruct my Lawyers to dismantle this occasion, and inform the Inland Revenue and other relevant authorities that as far as I, his widow, and his children are concerned, Gary John Tucker´s immediate family, are not in agreement with his name being used unauthorized to raise monies dubious in origin, as any money made in Gary John, or Gary John Tucker´s name must be placed into his estate which is currently in contentious probate.
I should also bring to your attention, that the trade mark, Gary John, is owned by his family, i.e. his widow and children, and is not to be used for any purported charity, without mine, or our children´s consent. Any contraventions will be dealt with by my Lawyer, who will be in touch with Pannone´s in due course.
